About Alliance ABA Therapy
Built from the front lines.
Robert and Paula Welsh began their careers in direct care supporting individuals with disabilities. Long shifts. Crisis response. Real responsibility.
They moved into leadership roles building and stabilizing programs in national human services organizations.
Then they chose to build something better.
Alliance ABA Therapy was created to deliver structured, accountable, individualized autism services in Northern Virginia.
They live this work personally—raising grandchildren diagnosed with autism and ADHD. They navigate IEP meetings, appointments, advocacy, and daily realities.
This isn’t abstract. It’s lived.
